Calling to mind the scope of Kubrick‘s “2001: Space Odyssey”, the director (also known for her critically acclaimed video for The Foals‘ “Like Lightning”) takes the viewer on a trip from humanity’s seemingly forgotten past to the all-to-foreseeable future of cold technological dystopia: “I wanted the viewer to feel the abyss dug between these two sides of humanity.”, Kypriotis says.
